At Voyage Labs, Inc. (“Voyage Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take your privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy to learn how we treat your personal data. By using or accessing our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below, and you hereby consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Remember that your use of Voyage Labs’ Services is at all times subject to our Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use.
As we continually work to improve our Services, we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will alert you of material changes by placing a notice on our website, by sending you an email and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.

What This Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how Voyage Labs collects and processes data that identifies or relates to you (“Personal Data”). The Services are intended solely for users located in the United States. Your Personal Data may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your Personal Data in the United States. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don’t own or control or people we don’t manage.
Personal Data We May Collect
Device or Web Data. If you interact with us online (e.g., by visiting our website or using our web-based Services), we may collect information about your device and/or browser such as your IP address, IP address-based location data, device ID, and type of device or operating system used to connect with us.
Contact Data. If you create an account or otherwise sign up for our Services, we may collect your contact information such as your first name, last name, and email address.
Account Data. If you create an account to use our Services, we collect login credentials and other profile data you provide. We do not currently collect payment data. In the future, if the Services enable you to book or purchase travel-related products or services, payment transactions will be processed by third-party service providers (such as Duffel), and we will not store your full payment card number. We will update this Privacy Policy prior to implementing any such payment processing functionality.
Other Personal Data. We may collect other Personal Data that you provide through the Services or make available to us, including: information you share during interactions with our AI-powered travel planning features (such as chat messages, travel preferences, destination interests, travel dates, and budget parameters); travel plans and itineraries you create or store through the Services; personal information relating to third parties, including travel companions, family members, and minor children (such as names, ages, and travel preferences); and any other information you provide in emails, letters, texts, or other communications you send us.
Sources of Personal Data
From You. We collect Personal Data when you provide it directly to us (e.g., you create an account or contact us). We also collect certain Personal Data (such as Device or Web Data) automatically when you use our Services (e.g., through Cookies – as defined in the “Cookies” section below).
Third Parties. We may collect Personal Data from third parties, such as:
- Vendors that provide analytics on how you interact and engage with our Services, such as analytics providers.
- Third-party travel data providers, such as Nuitee, from whom we may receive travel-related information (including pricing, availability, and destination data) that is presented to you through the Services.

- Creating and managing your account or other user profiles.
- Processing transactions if and when booking or payment functionality becomes available through the Services.
- Providing you with the products, services or information you request.
- Meeting or fulfilling the reason you provided the information to us.
- Providing support and assistance for the Services.
- Improving the Services, including testing, research, internal analytics and product development.
- Using de-identified usage data and user interactions to develop, train, and improve our artificial intelligence models and the Services, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
- Personalizing the Services, website content and communications based on your preferences.
- Doing fraud protection, security and debugging.
Communicating with You About our Services
- Informing you about new features, updates, or changes to the Services.
- Sending you promotional communications in accordance with your preferences and applicable law.
Corresponding with You
- Responding to correspondence that we receive from you, contacting you when necessary or requested, and sending you information about the Company or the Services.
- Sending emails and other communications according to your preferences.
Legal or Security
- Meeting legal requirements and enforcing legal terms.
- Preventing, detecting and investigating security incidents and potentially illegal or prohibited activities.
- Protecting the rights, property or safety of you, Voyage Labs or another party.
- Enforcing any agreements with you; responding to claims that any posting or other content violates third-party rights; and resolving disputes.
Who We May Share Personal Data With
Service Providers. These parties help us provide the Services or perform business functions on our behalf. They include: hosting and cloud infrastructure providers; Anthropic, Inc., which provides the artificial intelligence technology that powers our AI travel planning features; Nuitee, which provides travel data and, in the future, may process travel bookings and payments on our behalf as the merchant of record; Viator, which provides travel-related data and content; Google Analytics, which provides website analytics services; and location/mapping features (Google Maps Platform, including the Places API) and other technology, communication, security, and support vendors. Third-Party AI Technology Providers. Our Services utilize artificial intelligence technologies provided by third-party providers to generate travel recommendations and related content. We require our third-party AI providers to process user data in accordance with our contractual requirements, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law, including obligations relating to confidentiality and restrictions on the use of user data. For additional information regarding third-party AI technology, please refer to the Terms of Use.
Business Partners. These parties partner with us in offering various services. They include third-party travel data providers and other companies that we partner with to provide or enhance the Services.
Parties You Authorize, Access or Authenticate. This includes third parties you access or interact with through the services, social media services, and other users.
Others. We may disclose any Personal Data that we collect with third parties in conjunction with any of the activities set forth under the “Legal or Security” subsection above. Additionally, all of your Personal Data that we collect may be transferred to a third party if we undergo a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other transaction in which that third party assumes control of our business (in whole or in part).
We do not sell your Personal Data, and we do not serve third-party advertising on the Services. If either of these practices changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with appropriate notice and choices prior to any such change.
Cookies
The Services use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs and JavaScript (collectively, “Cookies”) that may collect or facilitate the collection of your Personal Data for various purposes. We may also supplement the information we collect via Cookies with information received from third parties, including third parties that have placed their own Cookies on your device(s).
We currently use the following types of Cookies on the Services:
Essential and Functional Cookies. These Cookies are necessary to provide you with features and services you have requested, such as enabling you to log into your account, maintaining your preferences, and recognizing you when you return to our Services. Disabling these Cookies may make certain features and services unavailable.
Analytical Cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Services, such as which pages are visited and how long visitors spend on them. These Cookies help us improve the user experience. For information on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, please visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
On text.travel, when advertising measurement is enabled, we use the Meta Pixel on public marketing pages only after you choose to allow advertising Cookies. Meta receives page-visit information to help us measure our ads. We do not enable this Pixel on the phone-entry or message-handoff pages. You can allow or reject advertising Cookies, or withdraw your choice, using Cookie preferences at the bottom of our public pages. Rejecting advertising Cookies does not prevent you from using Atlas. We honor Global Privacy Control as a rejection of advertising Cookies.
You can manage your Cookie preferences by adjusting your browser settings to refuse or delete Cookies. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Please note that disabling Cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

Data Security and Retention
Although we work to protect the security of your account and Personal Data that we hold in our records, please be aware that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data is completely secure. You can help protect your Personal Data by practicing password hygiene – for example, by creating strong and unique passwords; securing your password and/or other sign-on mechanism; limiting access to your computer or device and browser; and signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
In the event of a data breach that affects your Personal Data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
We retain Personal Data about you for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services or to perform our business or commercial purposes for collecting your Personal Data. As a general guide: account data is retained for the duration of your account; chat logs and travel planning inputs are retained for the duration of your account unless you delete them earlier; and device and analytics data is typically retained for no longer than fourteen (14) months. In some cases we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. We may further retain information in an anonymous, de-identified, or aggregated form where that information would not identify you personally. As described in the Terms of Use, de-identified data derived from your User Submissions is no longer considered Personal Data and may be retained indefinitely for purposes of analytics, product improvement, and the development of our artificial intelligence models and Services.

Your Choices
You have several choices regarding your Personal Data:
Account Deletion. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by using the account deletion functionality available in your account settings or by submitting a request via email to [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your Personal Data from our active records within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable legal obligations to retain certain information. De-identified data derived from your Personal Data prior to your deletion request will not be subject to deletion, as such data can no longer be used to identify you.
Communication Preferences. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each such email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional messages relating to your account or the Services.
Cookie Management. You can manage your Cookie preferences by adjusting your browser settings as described in the “Cookies” section above. To opt out of Google Analytics, you may use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Access and Correction. You may access and update certain Personal Data through your account settings. If you would like to request access to, or correction of, other Personal Data we hold about you, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Personal Data of Children
As noted in the Terms of Use, we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 16 years of age; if you are a child under the age of 16, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Data. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 16 years of age may have provided Personal Data to us, please contact us at [email protected]. Notwithstanding the foregoing, adult users of the Services may provide Personal Data relating to their minor children (including children under 16 years of age) in connection with travel planning activities. Such information is collected and processed solely at the direction of the adult user and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By providing any such information, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you consent to our collection and use of the child’s Personal Data as described herein.
State Law Privacy Rights
California Resident Rights
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us whether we have disclosed Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Although we may not currently be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), we are committed to transparency and will honor reasonable requests from California residents to access, correct, or delete their Personal Data. We do not sell your Personal Data, and we do not share your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Nevada Resident Rights
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties. Please note that we do not currently sell your Personal Data as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
